Our Glassware Breakage Guarantee:
Our experienced warehouse team will pack your order as safely and securely as possible. From time to time, however, breakages occur in transit. In the unlikely event that this does occur, we will endeavour to replace all broken bar glasses and other glassware free of charge and as quickly as possible. If you find that your order has arrived broken, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our friendly customer service team on 1800 723 508 to organise a replacement.

Have You Changed Your Mind?
Maybe you’ve received a product from us and it isn’t damaged, but you’ve changed your mind and don’t wish to keep it. If that’s the case, simply send it back to us unused, in its original packaging and within 30 days. In these instances the customer will bear the expense of returning the goods to Coastal Kitchenware.
