Mango Smoothie

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 180 ml (¾ cups) reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 60 ml (¼ cups) water
  • 1 orange, peeled, halved
  • 150 g (1 cup) frozen mango
  • 70 g (½ cups) ice cubes

Makes:

720 ml (3 cups)
