Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) water
- 400 g (2 cups) pineapple, peeled, cubed
- 1 orange, peeled, halved
- 35 g (¼ cup) beetroot, quartered
- 30 g (¼ cup) carrots, halved
- 3 cm (1 inch) fresh ginger root
- 30 g (1 cup) spinach
- 35 g (1 cup) Swiss chard
- ½ avocado, pitted, peeled
- 3 Tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 25 g (¼ cup) broccoli, chopped
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
