For a fun twist on a Christmas toast, blend your favourite fruit and yoghurt flavours with chilled Champagne. Cheers!
- 240 g (1 cup) plain yoghurt
- 250 g (2 cups) peaches
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- 180 ml (6 fluidounces) Champagne, chilled
- Place yoghurt, fruit, and nutmeg into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses, filling ¾ full. Top off with champagne and gently stir to combine.
